We installed a PayWave public ramp system in May 2025, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. After explaining our old coin-operated system—which was often jamming, breaking down, and frustrating for both our team and customers—Peter worked with us to develop a PayWave solution that integrated seamlessly with our existing chain-operated setup. The whole process was straightforward and efficient. The setup with Nayax and Merchant Link was smooth, and we had the system up and running within just a few weeks. A couple of minor adjustments were made early on, including the installation of a new weatherproof box, and since then, the system has run reliably with no issues. Our clients are happy that they can use PayWave and not find $2 coins, and it is no longer a target for vandals. What really stood out was the ongoing support. We’ve received follow-up calls to make sure everything is working well, and the team has been quick to help whenever needed. We’ve been so pleased with the system that we’ve since installed another PayWave unit in our courtesy van for donations.
